Our Physicians

Lucretia is Zand Dermatology's office manager, certified biller + coder, and patient financial advocate. She is an expert at dealing with Medicare and can help address any concerns about your bill or reimbursements. Before joining our team, Lucretia managed a busy dermatology practice for almost 30 years. She is highly knowledgeable and skilled at answering clinical questions about biopsy results, surgical procedures, cosmetic treatments, wound care, and what to expect. She is a graduate of UNLV, where she studied both nursing and business. Outside of the office, Lucretia enjoys spending time with her daughters and 7 grandchildren, and sailing the bay with her husband Jim and their loving golden doodle Luc.

Ruby is Zand Dermatology's Medical Receptionist! Ruby's strong passion to help others led her to obtain her Medical Assistant Certification. Shortly after that, she received her Associate of Arts degree from Heald College. Before joining our team, Ruby worked for eight years as an office manager, receptionist, and medical assistant. Ruby's lifelong interest in skincare has helped fuel her excitement to join our team at Zand Dermatology. In her free time outside of the office, she likes to spend time with her loved ones, always searching for a new place to explore! Ruby is an avid hiker with a love for the outdoors. Whether it be a new waterfall hike or the latest Bay Area Sports game, she always has a new adventure to share. We are so happy to have someone like Ruby who brings a unique skill set to our office, all while welcoming each patient with a bright smile
