Relaxing, comfortable and pleasant over all. I ordered a hydrating facial which is advertised for $200 on your website. I was subsequently charged $300 for it. I didn’t inquire at purchase time because I assumed I’d forgotten the price but I checked after and saw the discrepancy. No one explained or asked me if it was okay to charge me more. I’d still appreciate an explanation. Only thing that would’ve been better about the facial itself was to ask if I’d like some lip balm put on at the end. My lips were extremely dry after. Usually this is done at other places that provide facials. Thank you.

Very welcoming from the moment you enter their office. Entire staff friendly, efficient and professional. I feel confident with their diagnosis and recommendations.

Dr. Zand is delightful in addition to being an excellent doctor. She does great work and I highly recommend her. Her assistants are also very good and pleasant to deal with. The only issue I have with the office is their refusal to allow any flexibility with payment. Dr. Zand had agreed with my initial request to pay in two payments (I wanted to pay half the day of my treatment and the second half the following month). The front office refused. Because the treatments are well in excess of $1000, I think the office is rigid on this. I haven’t had my request refused before by my NYC doctors so I was surprised. But other than that issue, I think Dr. Zand is great.

Kimberly’s warm personality set the tone and made me feel completely at ease. She asked good questions and listened to what was important to me. We discussed several treatments and the intervals needed to achieve the best results. While injecting filler, Kim continually checked in with me during the procedure to be sure I was okay. My face is not symmetrical, and she was able to add volume (primarily) to my left side and smooth out many of the lines, erasing those dreaded wrinkles while making it look natural. I immediately loved the results!

My first ever wrinkle treatment experience done by Dr Zand was so great. The injections were executed gently and precisely that calmed my nerves, hence, took my fear of needles away. I was pretty confident I was in good hands. For my medical concern over a facial mole, Dr Zand meticulously explained what it is. She’s very informative, smart and compassionate. I've been an acne sufferer for most of my life and have seen many a dermatologist without success. I thought I'd grow out of it but that never happened and I accepted that having acne was just my reality. Then, I decided to see Dr. Zand because I'd developed a rash on my face and neck. Once she helped me eradicate that, I thought I'd try acne treatments one last time. I never thought I could be without acne but finally at age 28 I'm acne free thanks to Dr. Zand!

DR. ZAND AND HER STAFF ARE THE BEST!!! Dr. Zand is the real deal. She genuinely cares about the well being and welfare of her patients. She is very thorough, attentive and really listens to her patients. She is an outstanding dermatologist and the consummate professional. I only wish that some of my other doctors were as knowledgeable and caring as her. She and her staff are super nice and there is a friendly and healthy ambiance in their office. Lexi is a welcome addition to their staff. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. ZAND!!! I was a tad apprehensive when I went in for a minor surgical procedure last week because I'm squeamish when it comes to things like this. Dr. Zand and her staff were very solicitous and my worries quickly disappeared. She did a Mohs surgery to treat a basal cell carcinoma on my chin. She started out by cutting out the visible skin cancer and then removed a thin layer of surrounding skin. Mohs surgery can be completed in just a day with same-day testing that gives patients greater peace of mind. The procedure is essentially painless and is highly effective. Dr. Zand and her staff are real pros, and my surgery experience was flawless.
