Dr. Sarv Zand oversees the cosmetic and aesthetic services at our practice, while Dr. Paula Zand leads our medical dermatology care. To schedule a medical appointment with Dr. Sarv Zand, please contact our office directly.

New patients: To secure your appointment, please call us with a credit card number (you may leave a voicemail). Kindly do so within one week of booking to avoid automatic cancellation.

Appointment confirmation required: For every online booking, we will call you to confirm the appointment type and verify insurance details. Your appointment is not finalized until this confirmation takes place.

Cancellation Policy:
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations to avoid a no-show fee:

• $100 for missed medical appointments
• $150 for missed Botox or Microneedling visits
• $200 for missed Filler visits
• Laser visits:
  • CO2 Fraxel Resurfacing – 1 week notice to avoid losing the deposit
  • Ultherapy, BBL, V-beam – 72 hours’ notice to avoid losing the deposit
  • If you cancel your laser appointment less than 24 hours prior to your appointment or no-show:
    • You will be charged 50% of your total treatment cost, minus the $500 deposit already collected. (Example: If your treatment is $4,000, you will be charged your deposit at time of booking, and an additional $1,500)
