NP Alexa Harris offers medical dermatology and accepts Medicare.

Dr. Paula Zand offers medical and cosmetic dermatology and accepts Medicare.

Dr. Sarv Zand offers advanced aesthetic consultations and treatments, as well as high-risk dermatologic care referred by our team. She offers concierge-level medical dermatology with an annual access fee and does not accept insurance. Please call to inquire.

Insurance and self-pay

Medicare is the only insurance we accept. We are out of network with private insurance. Patients paying out of pocket receive 20% off our self-pay rates, and we can provide a superbill for possible reimbursement. Cosmetic treatments are not covered by insurance.

Online bookings

New patients, please call within one week to provide a credit card and secure your appointment. We’ll call all online patients to confirm the visit type and any insurance details. Your appointment is final once we’ve spoken with you, and unfortunately will be canceled if we can't reach you.

Cancellations

Please give at least 24 business hours’ notice. Late cancellations and missed visits are subject to a $100 medical, $150 Botox or microneedling, or $200 filler cancellation fee.
