What are cheek and lower face fillers? 

Cheek and lower face fillers are injectable hyaluronic acid-based dermal fillers that work to reduce pronounced nasolabial folds (lines around the mouth), restore volume loss in the medial cheeks, and create a more defined bone structure. 

What are the benefits of fillers to the cheeks and lower face? 

Because volume loss occurs as we naturally age, these areas are more susceptible to visible signs of aging.  One of the biggest concerns we hear from our patients is regarding volume loss in the medial cheeks and lower face. Depending on the patient and type of filler, results last anywhere from 6-12 months.

With any cosmetic injection, there is the potential for discomfort during the procedure; however, we take every step to ensure sure you feel comfortable. We will prescribe you topical numbing cream to your pharmacy to apply 30 minutes before your appointment to treatment areas.
