Introducing Scarless Surgery-Free Cancer Treatment

Does SRT work for skin cancer?

SRT is a gold standard in the treatment of non-melanoma skin cancer, typically offering a 99% cure rate with excellent cosmetic outcomes. SRT is an effective Basal Cell Carcinoma (BCC) treatment and Squamous Cell Carcinoma (SCC) treatment.

What is Scarless, Surgery-Free SRT and how does it work on skin cancer?

Unlike conventional treatments, which often involve surgically cutting into the skin, SRT uses precise, low dose targeted radiation to treat skin cancer cells without leaving any scars. SRT requires no needles or incisions, making the procedure more gentle and more comfortable than surgery. This radiation penetrates only the outer layers of the skin, disrupting the DNA of cancer cells and preventing them from growing and spreading.

What is the recovery time for SRT?

SRT offers quick, in-office treatment with no hospital stay, allowing you to resume your daily routine. Many patients maintain their normal activities throughout treatment, with little to no recovery time.

Is SRT painful?

SRT is a painless procedure: The treatment is well-tolerated, especially for skin cancer on the face, and does not require any incisions, stitches, or infection risk.

How effective is superficial radiation therapy?

Yes. Superficial radiotherapy delivers exceptional results with ultrasound-guided precision, achieves 98-99% cure rate, and has 99% patient satisfaction. SRT is an excellent treatment option for superficial skin cancers, delivering precise radiation to eliminate cancer cells without damaging surrounding tissue.

What are the side effects of Superficial Radiation Therapy?

The treated area may become red and inflamed, similar to a sunburn. This is usually temporary and resolves in the weeks after treatment. We will provide you with detailed post-treatment care instructions to ensure optimal healing and the best possible results.

How many sessions of SRT are necessary?

The complete treatment plan usually involves multiple sessions over the course of several weeks, depending on the size and depth of the cancerous area. It’s important to attend all follow-up appointments to monitor your progress and ensure a successful outcome.
